Password Reset

Members will be given a four-digit account number and an encrypted password by email as soon as they join. If you have lost the email - or forgotten the password you changed it to, please follow this procedure to get access to your account:

(i) First of all, you need to know your account number, a four-digit number beginning with 2 - this will be your ID. So if you have forgotten your account number, ask another member to have a look at the list of members and tell you, or write into Contact Us, and one of the admins will remind you - the message will come from the email address the system knows you by.

(ii) Next go to this link and put your ID and email address into the form: Once you have done this, a message including a new password should arrive by email.

(iii) Highlight and copy the new password (on your keyboard control C or apple C) so that it is on the clipboard of your computer. Log on again with your ID and the new password (to paste it use control V or apple V), and you will see a welcome message - success!

(iv) Now, go straight into My Profile and change the password (for the old password, paste it in as before) to another one which is more memorable - you will need to include at least one digit !
